Hi, I'm Anthony - here's how GrooveLab works.

Welcome to GrooveLab

You now have everything you need to build a rock-solid groove with a clear practice system.

GrooveLab, Practice Hub, and Playground work together to help you practise the right things at the right time.

You can come back to this anytime.

How GrooveLab Works

Step 1

Build or practise a groove

Use GrooveLab to work through grooves in small, structured steps.

Step 2

Save what you want to keep practising

Send important grooves into your Practice Hub so they don't get lost.

Step 3

Let the system schedule your next session

The Practice Hub helps bring grooves back when they need attention.

GrooveLab

GrooveLab helps you practise groove variations in a structured way so you can build control step by step. You can practise grooves, adjust challenge, rate progress, and save important items for later.

Practice Hub

This is where your saved practice items live. Instead of guessing what to practise next, the system helps you keep track of today's items, saved grooves, scheduled reviews, and overall consistency.

Playground

Playground is your space to experiment, test ideas, and explore grooves more freely. Use it as a creative sandbox to try patterns, test changes, and build new ideas.

Your First 5 Minutes

  1. 1. Open GrooveLab
  2. 2. Choose a groove to practise
  3. 3. Spend a few minutes working on it
  4. 4. Save it to your Practice Hub

Once you've done that, the system can help you keep track of it from there.
